Lived in Hilo from 1994 to 1998, and absolutely loved their food, especially the Crispy Oyster Chicken and Fried Rice. Yum, I wish they would post the Crispy chicken recipe.

Crispy pork and crispy chicken with lemon sauce. It's all I need! Cooked to perfection and never greasy. Owner is so friendly. Most important very clean. I highly recommend

This is the place for oyster chicken! So clean and fast service! I also like the pork tofu. I think they r closed on Monday or Tuesday tho...throws me off lol
